How your day will look like:
As a Real Estate Manager/Consultant or Private Broker, your days will be dynamic and focused on high-value client management and property transactions within the luxury segment.
- Client Management: Developing and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth national and international clients.
- Property Promotion: Presenting and promoting the luxury property portfolio in the Porto region.
- Negotiation: Managing the entire sales process, from property visits to closing the deal.
- Market Analysis: Staying updated on the premium real estate market trends.
- Proactive Prospecting: Identifying new business opportunities and managing your goals autonomously.
