What does your day-to-day in this role look like:

Deliver digital customer support, handling inquiries, debt communication, service-related questions and sales opportunities while contributing to revenue and company objectives.

Manage and respond to requests from customers and external authorities (police, judicial and regulatory bodies, ombudsman), ensuring accurate, compliant and timely case resolution.

Oversee case documentation, billing and collection processes, guaranteeing proper system records, revenue reconciliation and financial accuracy.
