Requirements:

Fluent in the market language + C1 level in English

Ability to manage and support multiple markets simultaneously

Background in healthcare, medical devices, or technical support (preferred)

Knowledge of diabetes is a strong plus

What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
Provide customer care and technical support for medical diabetes devices across European markets.
Assist patients via phone, email, chat, and SMS, ensuring accurate order management and regulatory compliance.
Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support while following established procedures and safety standards.
The relocation package included:
Accommodation – Relocation from outside Portugal:
Shared accommodation will be provided for up to 12 months. The monthly rent is €280, including all utility bills, and will be directly deducted from the employee’s payslip.
Health Insurance:
Private health insurance is provided from day one of employment. Please note that candidates must already have a NIF and NISS. If not, these must be obtained in advance, as they are mandatory for health insurance registration.
