How a day-to-day will look like:
You will receive specialist training on the product/service, which is a vibrant and innovative social media platform that allows users to create and share short videos across various topics and trends.
You will:
- Review Content in accordance with the policies
- Moderate and escalate violations of client policies
- Maintain a high level of quality in each case you review
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?

Fluency in Danish with a good command of English

Tech-savvy mindset, with curiosity about the latest technologies

Previous experience in customer service is a plus
